2. Services

SkyReturn offers two main services: (a) organizing private flights for the repatriation of passengers from the United Arab Emirates to France and Europe, and (b) a flight concierge service consisting of searching, negotiating and booking commercial airline tickets at the best available rates.

3. Pricing and payment

Concierge service prices include all services: search, negotiation, booking and the flight ticket itself. The price communicated in the proposal is the final price. No additional fees will be charged without prior client agreement. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer or PayPal.

4. Insurance and guarantees

All SkyReturn services include travel cancellation insurance. In case of flight cancellation by the airline or force majeure, the client receives a full refund or free rebooking. Private flights are operated by certified airlines holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC), compliant with EASA regulations. Each aircraft is covered by aviation liability insurance meeting international requirements.

5. Best price guarantee

SkyReturn commits to a best price guarantee: if the client finds a lower fare for an identical flight (same airline, same class, same dates) within 24 hours of the proposal, SkyReturn will match the price and offer a free upgrade when available.

6. Cancellation policy

The client has a 14-day withdrawal right from booking confirmation, unless the service has already been performed with their consent. All cancellation requests must be sent to contact@sky-return.com. Specific cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of ticket or flight booked.

7. Data protection

SkyReturn is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data collected (name, email, phone, travel information) is used exclusively for processing requests. It is never sold or shared with third parties. Clients have the right to access, rectify and delete their data upon request to contact@sky-return.com. Maximum retention: 3 years after last interaction.

8. Liability

SkyReturn acts as a travel intermediary and employs all necessary means to ensure service quality. SkyReturn cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or modifications imposed by airlines, airport authorities or weather conditions.

9. Professional liability insurance

SkyReturn holds professional liability insurance covering all its travel intermediation activities, ensuring the financial protection of clients.

10. Intellectual property

All content on sky-return.com is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization from SkyReturn.

11. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies for its technical operation. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the service provider's place of establishment. In case of dispute, parties commit to seeking an amicable resolution before any legal action.
