These terms govern SkyReturn services: private flight organization and flight concierge (searching, negotiating and booking airline tickets).

2. Pricing

Prices include: search, negotiation, booking and the flight ticket. The quoted price is the final price. No additional fees without prior agreement.

3. Payment

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer or PayPal.

4. Cancellation insurance

Included in all services. Full refund or free rebooking if cancelled by the airline.

5. Best price guarantee

If you find a cheaper identical flight within 24h, we match the price + offer a free upgrade.

6. Client cancellation

14-day withdrawal right. Contact contact@sky-return.com.

7. Liability

SkyReturn acts as intermediary. Not responsible for delays/cancellations by airlines.

8. Professional insurance

SkyReturn holds professional liability insurance.

9. Private flights

Operated by AOC-certified airlines, EASA compliant, with aviation insurance.

10. Governing law

Amicable resolution first. Courts at place of establishment.
